Last week someone mentioned whether it would be possible to have a more straightforward way to report issues on the site. This seems like a great idea and I wonder whether you might also be able to suggest having some sort of publically visible issue tracker for technical issues on the site.
With a lot of upheaval on the site at the moment there are a lot of issues that are raised on the forums and here on the chat and one can never really be sure whether what you're seeing has been reported and is being investigated and then if it has been reported whether it's recognised as a bug and is being fixed.
It would be great if when an issue was reported to you or customer service a reference number could be given out which would point to a searchable register with a plain text description of the issue so users coming across an issue could check here whether the issue was already being dealt with or whether they needed to contact customer service themselves.

Hi wellingnorth, thanks for your post.
I'd be happy to pass on your suggestion, but as advised before, please note that this doesn't necessarily means that it will be added to our site. Anything else, please feel free to let us know and we will pass it on no problem.
Thank you,
Marco

When a private account has 20,000 listings available not so confident in your limit!

I think @moldosgifts is as frustrated as I am at the fact that business sellers also pay more for less.
With private sellers being able to list 4800 a year on a private shop, yet business sellers are limited to 3000 for a basic shop that is priced at at £32.40. It really is the wrong way round.
I know I mentioned this last week, but can business sellers at least have the same rolling quantity ?
Thanks
Jo

I understand where you're coming from but there is an overall limit on accounts which will then kick in to stop the listings rolling over. Once that is hit, they won't be able to list more items. This is the same for both types of accounts.
Business sellers don't rollover they reset each month - I have a basic shop, 250 listings and I pay for 100 ish each month
Private sellers can list 300 a month for free and then get another 300 free the following month
I think eBay needs to consider the limits on business sellers and give them more listings for their money.

Hi @krafty-kreations ,
We understand where you are all coming from on this point as business sellers. It is the way the policy is set at the moment. We will share your frustration and view points on this with the relevant team within eBay. We can't guarantee a change in the limit policy but will push it forward as feedback.
Thank you,
Kat
