I have accepted n offer but I keep being told to accept the offer. I have done that but no progress

There have been various issues on the site. Does the item appear in your sold section ?
Which device or browser are you using, some combinations, for example using a laptop / PC and Chrome seem to be working better at the moment than the app/ Safari / Firefox.

Hello, thank you for getting back to me. I’m using an iPad and via the app. I have now managed to sort it but not by pressing the ‘respond now’ then to the ‘accept offer’ offer button. That opens a box telling me to accept but I’ve already done it🙆🏼♀️
I thought all this was supposed to be easy but I found a link to active offers and I’m dreading the next offer as I’m not sure how I got there. But I really appreciate your time and help. B
