I had issues accessing the App and followed advice to uninstall the App and reinstall through Google Play. This action was refused, with Google saying my phone would not support the App. It turns out, the recent updated version of eBay App will not work on phones operating with system 10, it has to now be 12 or above 

I have had to order a new phone, which should come today, but this has been a pain in the neck, with no warning, as far as I know. I expect others will have issues. I hope you get sorted.
