Issue: postage setting auto-reverts to buyer pays (mobile only)

Hi everyone,

 

I’ve been having an issue for the past 2 days when listing items. On mobile, when I select “seller pays postage,” it keeps automatically switching back to “buyer pays postage.”

 

It seems to work fine on desktop, but the issue keeps happening on mobile even after refreshing and creating new listings.

 

Has anyone else experienced this or know a fix?

Just to update, I’ve now reported this to eBay support directly and they’ve confirmed their concerned team is looking into the issue.

 

The problem is still happening on mobile where “seller pays postage” switches back to “buyer pays postage,” but it works fine on desktop.

 

I’ll update again if I hear anything further.

Exactly the same thing is happening for me. The workaround is to use the desktop and not the mobile app. Be happy when this is fixed. Keep me posted. Thank you

Yes, I will let you know. I still haven’t heard anything back from the Technical support team, hopefully I hear something back soon as it is rather frustrating

I am also experiencing this auto switching from seller to buyer pays. It was ok a few days ago but the auto switching has happened in the last three days on my mobile app.
