Ebay app technical problems - previously used and worked perfectly since launched
Now since Sunday all listings are completely missing their blue bars for 'submit bid' or 'buy now'
They are there on the desktop website only
Customers who use the app to buy have contacted me to ask why there is no facility to purchase my listings !
Constant attempts to contact ebay app technical people - so far nothing has been rectified since Sunday
Have tried everything - re-listed items - cleared cache cookies - restarted phone - deleted and re-downloaded ebay app
Nothing works - the problem just persists
Anyone else out there had this problem ?

Yes, I'm having issues with the app, reload, http error.. I have no idea what to do. I ended up going to www.ebay.co.uk. I can't get to see my listings on the app or see let alone buy anything. Seems the only way is the www. Way. As for contacting ebay, none of the choices match my issue

Can you provide a screenshot of what error message your are getting when using the app? There was other reports yesterday with tech but it seems to have resolved for some users.

It has been doing this since yesterday when I noticed.
I also have a different error when I go to my ebay balance and it takes me
to the login page, it says "invalid access token. Check the value of the
Authorisation HTTP request header".
This is on my Samsung s20fe

The app had a recent update (version 6.246.0.1) it requires android 12 and up. Can you double check you have this version and operating system?
