Can't view orders in selling

In selling I can see active, unsold and drafts but orders (sold) are not showing. I've tried on a web browser and also on the app and get the same issue on both. I noticed this issue a few hours ago.

This seems to be a temporary site glitch as others are reporting this too,  you are not alone.

 

Quite a few hours have passed since you posted, is it back to normal now ?

Yep since late last night I haven't been able to access any of my sold items past the first page.

It has to be a site issue , others are seeing this blank page too.

 

Just takes time, sometimes for these things to be fixed,  hopefully before Post Offices open for you to post any sold orders !

I have. They haven't acknowledged the problem on the system status page which is disappointing.

Please can you look into this, many experienced this from last night and it's still an issue now,  late morning,  quite a few affected,  more probably who do not know how to reach out to this forum.

 

It must be a site issue, are eBay aware and working on it?  Thanks for any response / answer to this,  we can pass on to others.  Reports of this coming in thick and fast !

I try to access the Orders section, the page never loads. I already tried clearing my cache, using different browsers (Chrome, Edge), and even another device, but the problem is still there.
Is anyone else still experiencing this issue, or is it just my account, or is it just my account? Any ideas on how to fix it?

This is an issue many are facing today,  you are not alone.
 
Community managers have been tagged and hopefully will come back with an answer that hopefully eBay are aware, and working on this.
 
Meanwhile, a member has come up with this helpful workaround:
 
 Until they get it fixed you can go to the accounts section, click on payments, click on total funds and click on transaction activity and you will be able to find your order, click on order number and you should be able to access it from there.
 

I found my sold items on the 'overview'  page, at the top where it says 'list an item'.

No it's not good,  but have you seen the workaround someone has offered so in the meantime you can fulfil orders?

I’m experiencing exactly the same problem. 

I can see my orders when I log on in a web browser. But in the app on any platform…nothing.
