Ok so I sold an item that’s not actually been delivered yet the agent I spoke to said they will release the payment for me. It’s showing as pending today but still not go into EBAY. FUNDS PENDING - in eBay balance 4th.. is it normal to wait this late for funds in balance ??

If you are a returning seller after a little break then yes,  it is normal for funds to be held a little longer..

 

eBay made this announcement last year on how payouts are paid...

 

From 6 August, we’re also making it easier and faster for our more experienced sellers to receive their funds. This means you can get your funds within 24 hours of the buyer paying. To qualify for faster payment, all you’ll need to do is:

 

  • Complete at least 10 sales with a total of £150 or more within the last 5 years 
  • Maintain 2 or fewer cases in the last 12 months

I’m not a returning seller, I’m saying funds were on hold and they manually released them even tho items not delivered ,it says the funds should be in eBay balance today just wondering if they have set times for payout.. thanks
