I've just looked at my account & the shop subscription was paid at 18.41 hours today.

Mine is paid automatically as well. What i am asking is you got the invoice as well to put into accounting software or however you do your self assessment?

My invoice for shop subs is on my Hub page under payments (showing VAT) for me to read, print out or transfer to accounting software.

That is normally where I find it....but for March 2026 it isn't there....oh well I will contact eBay tomorrow if it isn't there. Thank you for your help. Have a great evening!

Currently doing my end of quarter accounts, and have yet to locate my VAT summary for March. Hopefully they are just tardy, and not eBay's usual game of hide and seek when they mess things around. My shop sub was paid out last night. I have managed to find the VAT for that, at least, though on it's own. There is a CSV option, which I don't want to use, as it is over 70 pages long, and would require me totting up nearly 200 transactions worth of fees, though the single sheet PDF was much easier....

I am glad I am not the only one who is having problems. I can't even find the .csv file which I really do hate working with. I spoke with eBay customer service today and supposedly my invoice should be available in the next 24-48 hours.....well how did they tot up fees if they didn't get the invoice ready? But great ole eBay at its best!!
