I've just checked there, and I see no red banner, and I see no funds being held at the moment. I'm not sure if since we last spoke you've managed to resolve this? Just in case, now you have to manually withdraw your funds from your eBay account into your bank account. What you need to do right now is clicking on the white arrow located on the blue box of your payments section, and the follow the steps to get funds sent into your bank account.

If this doesn't work, please let me know if you are getting an error or something similar like that. However, I've just checked there and it looks all good, so it should work alright.
