These new rules will introduced new problems.

I 48 track all my items to be safe however sometimes royal mail doesn't update them to say they've been delivered to the buyer (which has happened to me 2/3 times). Thankfully ive been contacted or been left feedback so I know they've made it.

So when these new rules come into play how would I be paid if this happens again?
