I have a parcel that is already late for delivery because of the UPS custom clearance , importer already submitted the necessary document or missing information but UPS still keep insisting that the information that is already provided through their link is still missing. Me and the importer are trying to contact them and email them to check and verify but no success.
What should I do? since it is extremely hard to contact the UPS and now I got an email from ebay about the parcel.
