I have been charged twice for an advert on the same day, I cannot get a contact email or number the useless AI chat bot keeps sending me the same unuseful message, can any of you please help?
You have listed your car twice that's why you have 2 charges.
Cancel one of the listings then contact eBay here using a smartphone , the link wont work on pc or laptop https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5190 to see if eBay will cancel one charge
