Hi, I bought an item with postage added and before I collected I asked for a separate invoice to pay without postage cost. The seller was using Simple Delivery and told me they were unable to issue a refund but if they didn't use the label they had, ebay would automatically issue a refund to me after 30 days. Is this true?
