My money, sent to ME from buyers as payment for the goods that I had already paid for, is now being withheld from me (again) 

It will be kept from me, accruing value for said withholder, until such a time as I wrecklessly hand over my banking information - which they already have and have for a good part of the 18 years, during which this account has been in use. 

We should all be well aware by now, how meaningless statements about the security of doing such a deplorably inadvisable thing are. Data breaches have become a daily occurrence and I personally endured the agonies of identity theft - so it's something my bank and the British police have expressly told me NEVER to do.

I'm not wealthy, by any standards. But that makes the little money I do have all the more crucial. 

I'm very afraid and eBay is once again holding me to randsom.
