The seller of the black trainers i bought through Karma finance has refused to accept a return a day after item was received.  Item is tight and unstable when I walk making me loose step.

I asked for a return and he has declined.

If this seller is a Private seller with a No Returns policy on their listing,  they can refuse a request for a refund,  for the reason ' Does Not Fit'.

 

If they are a Business seller,  they have to accept the return for a full refund,  but you have to pay for that fully tracked return postage.
