Hi - I was away over Easter & used the 'time away' option - usually works fine however this time it's caused major problems. While the settings say the away time has finished, when buyers try & pay for items - they get told I am away & are unable to pay.  I have escalated multiple times over the last 2 months however just get fobbed off  & I have moved most of listings to Vinted as a result.  Is anyone else having this problem ? Thanks
