Account On Hold

Hi All, Our account has been on hold for almost 6 weeks and i am struggling to gain a reason why, I have been asked to provide proof of delivery on all sold items by uploading tracking. We have sold many hundreds of items and as far as i was aware all items are tracked anyway. So i am at a loss, has anybody had the same issue and if so how did you rectify the issue? Any feedback would be gratefully excepted

Another seller has had this issue.

They too were an unregistered business, so I suspect this is the reason.

Upgrade to business seller.

It will certainly help.

But only CS can advise if hold will be removed.

I can not seem to be able to talk with anybody anymore, so am at a loss

Customer Services will not discuss  any restriction with you , but register correctly as advised , and you'll be trading correctly, any hold for that reason would be lifted.

 

If you wish to, contact eBay Customer Services , it's not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.

 

Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.
