Hello, thanks so much for reaching out. I did eventually find the QR code - for some reason it was sent to the mail box that is not usually used and certainly not in the one that receives emails from eBay. I must admit that I’m definitely not good with tech-y stuff (a slightly nervous oldie), so I’m thankful that there are people who are kindly prepared to help. I really wish that when I am completely stuck it would be possible to speak to eBay personnel. Best regards, westoe1😀🙏
Glad to hear you got it sorted. I understand it can be difficult to get through to customer support. For next time with the live chat option if you state speak to an agent it should then give you the option for a callback.
