Hello,
I've recently sold an item on ebay which gave posting or collection options but the buyer has decided to collect in person. How do I update the sale in ebay to not charge the buyer for postage and also produces a code for confirming collection. As this is the first time this has happened for me I'm hoping someone can help. Many thanks.

If there was a collection option on the listing then your buyer selects this option when going through eBay checkout.
They then won't be charged postage and will receive a collection code, which they must give you when they come to collect their item.

You cannot change the current sale. You will have to cancel the transaction with the buyer's agreement via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list. Then relist for the buyer to buy again this time selecting collection.
