Hi Everyone
This is a question to all sellers. I would therefore be very grateful indeed for as many answers from sellers as possible.
If a buyer's billing address is different to their shipping address, are you able to see both addresses or just their shipping address?
Thank you very much.

Sellers get the "post to" address from ebay and on the postage label. Certainly private sellers don't get a billing address. I don't think business sellers do either.

On any recent sales, if I go to 'order details' and 'print invoice' I can see the buyer's registration address (which I would assume is also the billing address) in the top right hand corner of the invoice and the shipping address in the left hand corner.
Frequently they are both the same but in some cases the name and address are completely different.
So, yes, sellers have access to both addresses (if they are different) whether it's a Simple Delivery sale or the item has been sent with custom postage.

Hi @**peaseblossom** and @jckl195
Thank you both very much for your very helpful replies.
The reply from jckl1957 reveals that buyers do not have as much privacy as they thought they had.

The billing address is not at all obvious to private sellers. They would have to seek it out. Most just print out the label with the shipping address on it.
