Hi all, I have been left in a situation where Ebay has refunded a buyer, allowed them to keep an item that I sold on the platform, and are now saying the case is closed.
Im a new seller and missed sending a return label when a return was requested (buyer stated item not as described).
It is a high value item and I'm currently without the return, no money (as well as having paid Ebay for their service). How do I go about resolving?

I am sorry but this is what ebay does if sellers don't accept "not as described" returns. You can appeal the decision if you think it was wrong - here:

And you can still ask the buyer to return the item. If they agree you can buy return postage online and send them the link or QR code for it.
