Hi
i’m trying to return an order but when i click print label it just takes me to the order summary, no label in sight. Is there something I’m missing?

There is a major eBay server issue affecting many, this may be impacting your ability to print that label.
eBay are aware, and working on this, but it is intermittent, so perhaps try a little later on today.
