There was a promotion earlier this month, for new sellers, for clothing only, where Ebay paid postage.
That promotion has now ended so either the buyer or you will have to pay postage. For the items you have listed with free delivery, you will be liable to pay Ebay for the postage labels and will only end up getting pennies for the low cost items.
