Hi everyone,

I have a buyer who has paid, but his location is listed in Ukraine but the postal address is London, but it's only a postcode.  Even in order details, there isn't a full postal address.  Also, he has zero transactions and zero feedback, even though he's been a ebay member for four years? I have until tomorrow to post, so can anyone advise me?  It just seems like a scam to me!
