Refund for a payment i never received.

a customer from the states bought a steelbook from me for eightypounds after a couple of hours the same user asked if i would could cancel the original order and make a bundle instead which i did....but a refund has been taken from me for eighty pounds  when i never received the money in the first place. because i don't get payouts withen two hours so i am a lot of money down and i am just wondering how do i talk to ebay to fix this. any help would be nice 😞

Nothing to fix.  If there is no money available in your Payment Summary to make a refund,  your back up source is used,  which is usually your bank account.

 

Once the refund has been completed,  the money on hold from the payout for the item,  is released to you.
