faulty items after 4 months and only used once

As description. I purchase a battery circular saw in December of 2025. I used the item for the first time at the end of January to make one cut. I then came to use the saw in April and it did not work> i charged the barrerites but it still did not work. Where do I stand in regards to getting a replacement or my money back? I have tried to contact the seller but the are ignoring all my messages. any help would be much appreciated.

You can't do anything through ebay who give you 30 days to report and open a claim for a faulty item.

If you bought less than 120 days ago, you may be able to open a chargeback through your payment source.
