Won a ps4 console auction and the description stated in perfect working order now seller is claiming product is defective and has lost a game included in the sale and told me i could cancel it if i didn’t want it which obviously I didn’t anymore. I told him to cancel it himself cuz i as a buyer didn’t have a valid reason to cancel i.e (product defective) now he canceled the order and put reason as “buyer asked to cancel”. I can’t find any support on ebay to contact them to avoid my account getting suspended. How do i go about this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your account won't be suspended. Buyers can cancel a purchase with the seller's agreement without harming their account.
If, as you state, you didn't want the item any more, the seller has not done anything wrong.

You told the seller to cancel, he cancelled.
Had you not told him to and he used the reason 'buyer asked to cancel' you could have reported him for avoiding a defect, but that's hardly fraud!
'Fraud' and 'scam' are two very overused words on ebay.
