Hi I bought a Gucci ring for my son in November 2025 for his 21st birthday at the end of January. It was too small so as he is away at University he brought it home at Easter to take to a local jeweller. The ring was listed as the metal being silver. They have called me to tell me they can’t alter it as it isn’t silver. I have contacted the seller but received no reply.
