Hi all, I haven’t used my eBay account for around 5 years. I had an item listed for sale that I didn’t realise was listed. Someone has apparently bought this item and I didn’t even know because I no longer use the account and the email attached to the account I no longer have access too. Anyway I have been getting phonecalls constantly about owing eBay money. Obviously I didn’t send the parcel because I didn’t know. So the person who bought the item opened up a case and they received their money back. EBay is now saying I owe them £28 roughly. But I don’t understand this as I haven’t received any money at all. The bank account that was registered on my eBay account is also no longer my bank account so it’s not as if I received money from the sale of an item and then just didn’t send the item. What can I do about this? How do I contact eBay? I have managed to reset my eBay account with my phone number and get back into it so I can now see that this is what has happened. But I don’t understand how I am due them money?
