Hi, I’m a private seller listing an item at £400. Someone has offered me £380 and the info I received from eBay says my payout will be £365.98. As there are no listing fees why is money being deducted? The item is listed in agricultural equipment.
Item ID is 327095315427.
It is not a promoted listing.
TIA

The amount of £380 includes the Buyer Protection fee. The assumption is that the buyer offers the total amount they're willing to pay so it includes it in their offer price.
The seller gets the offer price less that fee.
