Received an item that had a £7.00 postage due label attached. The seller's attitude is "not my problem". the Ebay automated system cannot understand that I wish to keep the item and receive a refund for the unpaid postage. Any suggestions?

Ebay do not get involved with postage disputes.
If you pay the fee, you can't force seller to refund You.
You could not pay the fee and open item not received case.
