Stuck in ebay account verification loop

Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my eBay account and hoping someone here can help.

 

Whenever I try to list an item, eBay asks me to verify my account. I’ve already completed all my details and gone through the verification process before. But when I click “verify account,” it just takes me to a page saying everything is already set up.

 

The problem is, every time I try to list something, it keeps sending me back to the same verification page again and again, like it’s stuck in a loop. I’m not given any option to re-submit my ID or fix anything—it just says I’m already verified.

 

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it? I’d really appreciate any help or advice. Thanks!

Have you added a bank account? To sell this has to be added as without it you cannot be paid. The bank account is then verified by ebay -

Hi, I’m still having issues with my account verification when trying to list items.

 

I’ve already added my bank details and my card to my eBay account, and both are showing as successfully added in the payment section. I’ve also tried logging out and back in, and even waited a few hours, but the issue is still the same.

 

Whenever I try to list an item, I keep getting the same prompt to verify my account. When I follow it, it just says “you’re all set to get paid,” but then the same prompt appears again when I try to list.

 

It seems like my account is stuck in a verification loop.
