I've sold an item for £70. Deducting all fees I should receive £61. eBay notified me about transaction funds available and it's only £21?! Is this a joke? I literally feel scamed. Could anyone please contact me regarding this as all I'm getting from contact page is "conversation" with some stupid bot. This is utterly ridiculous.

You have sold quite a few items in the last week or so, and if you have used promotions, or added any of the following optional listing upgrades listed below, upgrades are all charged the second the item goes for sale, and they are also charged sale or no sale.
Reserves: 4% of the set reserve ( maximum £150 per item)
Subtitles: £2
Listing in 2 categories: 35p
Gallery Plus: £2.50 ( free for clothes and shoes)
Listings with duration 1 - 3 days 35p
As a tip, before clicking on the final List Item With Displayed Fees button, glance just above it, it should read £0.00 Listing Fee.
If there is a fee amount listed there, you have selected an upgrade, and if you wish, it gives you time to scroll up and remove the payable upgrade.
This link will show you all your sale transactions, breakdown of any listing fees charged or any promotions you may have added, these listed as ad fees...

The link provided takes you to Payments All Transactions.
Like a bank statement it shows ALL of your transactions including fees which may be due as soon as listed.
It is a shame that sellers do not seem able to find out for themselves the information that is provided.
