payments on hold?

Hi there,

ive recently sold an item for £199 and for some reason ebay have put all payments on hold. thankfully i havent sent this item yet, although i was about to.
absolutely no help at all, and im saddened that this has happened as ebay arent even in a position where i can speak to someone 😞

anyone had similar issues and how did you resolve this?

You need to read the guidance on payment holds and if it's a 'nomal hold' and ebay has told you to post the item, that's what you need to do.

 

If you have been asked for verification,  that's a different type of hold, in which case you could choose to cancel instead, with the associated defect and possible negative feedback.
