I have set up an account with one of my email address. But i have received a payment confirmation through another email address that i have. Once i have clicked on any links from that received confirmation email, it guides me to ebay web and ask me to loging through my current ebay account, which i dont see any payment received or confirmed from this account. I cant find this issue in the AI assistant, need help from a real person.

Is it an item you listed on this account?
You are showing one item for sale and no items sold.
The payment confirmation may well be a fake.
If you have sold an item and it has been paid for, it will appear in 'orders' and will say it has been paid for and to post now.
Ignore the email and check while signed into your Ebay account.
Use the link to see if you have sold anything and to see if it has been paid for.

Thank you for your email, I am not frustrated about it.
But the information that i have received from my old email address does
show the same item that i am about to sell in my new account, together with
the paypal link and other stuff. I guess it might have to do with my old
email address being registered with the phone number or account that I have
used in the past.
This is something I want to figure out with ebay, but i just find it really
difficult to understand who and how i can talk to them.
But thank you to you message again, it is much appreciated.
Best,
XD

When you receive payments now, all payments are made through Ebay and you don't know how the buyer pays.
You saying there is a Paypal link in the email confirms that it is almost certainly a scam email and somebody is trying to get you to send an item they have not bought.
If it is regarding the laptop you have for sale, it is still showing as for sale so it has not been sold or paid for.
Ignore the emails.
Any sold and paid for items will show in your Ebay account.
Genuinely, if you speak to Ebay, they will confirm what I have said.
