Has the buyer been refunded?

If they don't use the label you provided, you won't be charged for it and you are not expected to refund until you get the item back.

Buyers do sometimes start return cases but then don't bother to complete the process.

It has been refunded and created the postal label as well but I didn't get
the item back. It's says case is closed. I can't understand. No way to
contact eBay direct.

Did you refund the buyer?

Once you refund the ability to create a label disappears as it is assumed you don't want the item back.

Yes

As advised, once you refund the buyer, they can't access the label or send the item back.

You should never refund until you get the item back.

If you still want it back, you will have to contact the buyer and try to organise a return.
