I sold an item but the size I put it as wrong and buyer wanted to return and I accepted the return and created a postage as well but I didint get my item returned

Has the buyer been refunded?
If they don't use the label you provided, you won't be charged for it and you are not expected to refund until you get the item back.
Buyers do sometimes start return cases but then don't bother to complete the process.

Once you refund the ability to create a label disappears as it is assumed you don't want the item back.

As advised, once you refund the buyer, they can't access the label or send the item back.
You should never refund until you get the item back.
If you still want it back, you will have to contact the buyer and try to organise a return.
