I have spoken to a seller about posting to Tenerife and they told me that they will use Royal Mail. This was in October 25 and we did a great deal. Came back to the same seller and saw some items that I fancied and ask if Tenerife was still no problems for them and was told everything was OK with them to post to Tenerife. However, I cannot pay for the said items, as eBay has informed me that I need to change my address. I have changed it to my daughter's address in mainland Spain and I still get the same problem. I have spoken to the seller and we are both stumped as to why we cannot complete this transaction. Please can someone help.
