Why does eBay keep sending me emails wanting me to buy car tyres? I don't own a car. I get an email every month enticing me to spend my money on items I won't ever use.

Are you sure these emails are from ebay? How do they address you “Dear Customer” for example
would be a phishing email.
Genuine Emails from ebay would address you as mozart3179. If you think they are fake forward to spoof@ebay.com
