eBay Account Suspended and no xplanation given, contacted support but it all AI generatede

Hello.

My eBay account has been suspended all of a sudden, and no explanation was given as to why.

If I try to communicate in the Live Chat, it is all AI generated garbage and it leads nowhere.

When I send an email to their customer support, I get an INSTANT AI-generated email reply, repeating the previous suspension emails without clear explanation.

This AI hell just keeps going in circles.

Does anyone know how to contact a REAL PERSON these days?

However, if the email says the suspension is permanent, Customer Services will not discuss the suspension or the reasons behind it and may end the call.
