Unable to alter tracking info different courier

Hi all
My issue is as followers aside from going around in circles with Ai.
A few days back I sold 2 items, they paid and I promptly set about obtaining/getting them collected from me via royal mail, and sent to the buyers.
When royal mail arrived to collect they had no labels which I thought I had paid for on line as well as collection fees.
Because I didn't, trust letting them go without labels I told the driver I will leave it and use UPS.
UPS came that same afternoon and i paid more than twice the original postage just to get them there recorded signed for and fast.
So, happy to say both buyers received their parcels today (27/03/2026) item 397725066137 and 397726693222 In chat both seem happy, One has also left feedback but the status of both parcels remain the same.. as if they were never posted because I couldn't and cant change the tracking/courier info.
One buyer while in chat said he doesn't see an option to mark it as received, I followed instructions from the moment I decided to change couriers but there is no option in the drop down to edit.
I'm just asking where do I stand and what to do if eBay doesn't know they have been successfully delivered? thanks.

eBay have removed the option to change tracking number if you don't use their postage label. But money will be released anyway after 14 days. It's possible it may be held for 30 days as you're a new seller. But you will get it.

Ok thanks for the help, I thought I had opted for royal mail driver to bring labels I paid extra for something on both parcels.
