is this a technical issue unable to view original listing of last years previous purchases

i just tried to ask this question in member to member but it never got posted so i will try here ,,not meaning to double post,,

whats going on,, cant view original listing of previous purchases in 2025 and further back, the listing show up in the 2025 year purchases, but when clicked on purchased item, it comes up with,,we looked everywhere,,.

it used to be able to click on purchase and view original listings

Far right on your Purchase History page have you adjusted the period  See Order>> ,   from there adjust drop down menu  to the period you wish to view,  it will go back to 2017.

If not possible on the app or mobile browser it certainly is on a laptop / PC and try Chrome,  that always works well with eBay.

Is it an issue with one particular item?

I can see details of all my past purchases by clicking on 'view order details'.

The message you are getting 'we looked everywhere' usually only shows when a listing/item has been removed for some reason.

Using the link below, you should be able to see all of your purchases for the last few years.

these are purchases that are completed with no issues, so why would ebay remove them, not the same issue with sellers that sell multiple of same items just my one off purchases from private sellers mainly

tried in various purchase years with same issues with various purchases

also this isnt about finding past purchases,

as i had originally explained , its about clicking on a purchase to view the original listing, ie all photos and item description details ,

this was something that you could do with all previous purchases, any year , but not now for most ,

@8erserker you can see them in your purchase history but the actual listing page is removed from ebay's servers 90 days after the listing has ended. This is why it is your one-off item purchases that are not clickable - it's been that way for quite a while. On listings that are multi-quantity and still active, they'll still be clickable because they're still on ebay's servers.

its not the case with all one off purchases, some of them back in 2024 still show original listing details and photos, while not being multi type, and well over 90 days,

Sometimes you do get anomalies where they still show but, in the main, they won't.
