Impossible to Send a Message to A Seller on Iphone App

Over the last couple of weeks, I've found it's impossible to send a message to a seller, even after purchasing from them, but only I think, on the iphone app.

 

Clicking Contact Seller just returns me to the item listing, even going through  Help & Support links does the same - pretty poor from Ebay that such a massive bug has been released.

There an open ticket with tech as other users have reported the same issue. Can you share an example order where you have tried to contact the seller after purchase and its not working? Can you also share your device type?
