Dear eBay Support Team,
I am contacting you regarding an order I recently placed on eBay.
At the time of purchase, the listing clearly showed the item price and the seller’s shipping cost, which I paid in full during checkout. However, after completing the purchase, I was additionally charged $50 for an international shipping fee.
This extra charge was not disclosed anywhere in the listing or during the checkout process. I also contacted the seller directly, and they confirmed that they did not set any additional international shipping fees and did not receive this $50 payment.
Based on this, it appears that the additional charge was applied by eBay rather than the seller.
Since this fee was not clearly communicated prior to payment, I am requesting a refund of the unexpected $50 international shipping charge.
Please let me know if you need any further information from me to review this request.
Thank you for your assistance.
Kind regards,

It's not possible to authorise a payment for more than the total showing at checkout, eBay cannot take any payment after authorisation.
What's the listing number?

Sounds like seller used GSP.
You pay seller to post to GSP centre, they then invoice you for international postage & import fees.
If you check listing, under postage, it says "fees may be payable"
You are the importer so are responsible for these, refusal to pay them invalidates ebay MBG.
