I have just moved house. New address. New phone number. I edited my account last night to provide eBay with my new address and phone number. In response they now want me to send them an image of my passport and have suspended my account. I did so immediately and 24 hours later I still cannot withdraw my money. Totally fed up. I have been with eBay for 26 years and this is no way to treat people. I tried to speak with someone, but I find myself talking to a machine. Please advise.
