Hi You have blocked my selling account due to some payment. I want you to unblock my account so that I can sell my pending stock and I will also pay you at the same time.

If ebay has blocked your account there is nothing we can do about it.

Ebay I am afraid, but doubt they will do anything. I assume they want payment, and that is all they care about.

You are registered in Pakistan so will need to contact https://www.ebay.com/help/home who deal with international enquiries, only UK accounts can be helped on this site.
