Mixed up order

I stupidly sent 7 rolls of wallpaper to a buyer, instead of the 3 rolls she bought and paid for.  I've messaged her 4 times. I will pay her for to return the extra 4 rolls to me,  but she won't answer.  I don't know what else I can do.
