Sell said not real silver

I sold someone a lot of silver. I had all the silver tested before. I sent it and it came back as reals 925 silver and the salad has requested a refund, saying. It's not silver, but now he has messaged me saying that it might be silver, but it's not for him. But he put not as described, and I could sell it to someone else. the 'silver' you sold must have a full UK hallmark and not just 925.
Best they open a case and you deal with matters through the case.

All you can do is get it back first. If you refuse the return ebay may force the refund without the items being sent back.
