Mixed up return labels

I mixed up return labels for an item I bought from a different retailer and was returning to them, and accidentally used the same return label for an item I bought from eBay (printer memory issue). As a result, the item was sent to the eBay business seller!

I have tracking Royal Mail tracked 48 and a receipt showing this. I have messaged the seller, but so far there has been no response. Is there anything I can do to get the item back? It was a relatively expensive item.

Ebay can't do anything to resolve this.

Keep in touch with the business seller - if they are in the UK and have details on their listings, you may be able to ring them and speak to a person.
