This is ebays definition of used;
"Used
An item that has been previously used. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or an item that has been returned to the seller after a period of use. See the sellerโs listing for full details and description of any imperfections."
this is the sellers description (snipped for relevance);
"...Non functional screen on the laptop. (see pictures)- 1x Non functional USB-A port.- Non functional microphone...."
yep, that's totally fine for ebay. But then I always use my laptop by 'the force', sometimes i use a clairvoyant, or maybe this laptop comes with an ouijaboard not a keyboard.
makes a mockery of filtering results but then the search is complete garbage to start with anyway so why even care

That item should have been listed "For parts only" not used.
You can report the listing by using the "report listing" button half way down on the right.

Doesn't surprise me. Ebay's AI thinks everything is absolutely fine. Depending how strongly you feel about it you could call customer support and ask for a call back and report it manually.
